King College of Technology, Namakkal Admission Process

King College of Technology (KCT), Namakkal, is a renowned institute that offers different engineering and management courses. KCT's admission process is simplified and facilitated for young engineers and managers. The institute offers admission to its various undergraduate and postgraduate programs through various modes of admission. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: Four B.Tech programs are offered by King College of Technology, i.e., Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. These programs are four years long and have an admission process based on state-level entrance examinations. The intake sanctioned is from 60 to 90 seats for each program.

M.Tech: KCT has five M.Tech specializations: Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI Design, Power Electronics and Drives, Manufacturing Engineering, and Environment Engineering. Admissions to these programs may be based on TANCET scores. The sanctioned intake is 18 to 24 seats per specialization.

MBA: The institute has an MBA program with a sanctioned strength of 60 seats. Admission to the program is through TANCET scores, with subsequent rounds of selection as considered by the institute.

Documents usually called for are:

  • Mark sheets of 10th and 12th standards
  • Degree certificate and mark sheet (for postgraduate courses)
  • Score card of entrance examination (TANCET or such other examinations)
  • Transfer certificate
  • Migration certificate (if so required)

I'm studying BE(Mechanical engineering).I'm poor Mark in 12th.So,my cousin joined me engineering,that is only reason im joining for engineering.first and second year in college period all staff's are correctly coming and teaching well.but,last two years less number of staff in my college.so not teach well many time without staff my college are running.(eg.theroy staff teach mathematical subject very worst)My language is improved and little bit improve my curriculum.im not ready mechanical job.
