So as you have mentioned your TNEA cut off is 195 so your predicted rank would be nearly 1.2k - 1.3k. Please note that this rank is not exact but it's only a prediction based on previous year trends. This is a good rank and yes you can get a seat in MIT. If we see previous few years cutoff for B.Tech in aeronautical engineering for  MIT Chennai it was nearly opening at ~189 cutoff marks and closing at ~199 cutoff score. And hence you have chances to get a seat in your preferred branch.

Since you are OC student, the last year cutoff for OC was ~ 3k. You can claim reservation of 31% of seats through TNEA .

For getting admission into MIT Wpu college you have to take the MHT-CET exam or JEE Main exam. 30% of seats are through JEE mains. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class XII. For getting a seat in MIT you have to score 150 or about marks in JEE mains. 50% of weightage is given for your 12th board examination marks you should have scored better in that too.

SSPU is  the only University in Pune from 2017 to offer a 'skill based' course in Mechanical Engineering. This course helps in actual skill development & skill enhancement. It is one of the best college when it comes to different courses. All the courses that SSPU offers has great placements. No doubt it is one of the top choices of every student.

It is definitely a better choice then MIT, not only on placement basis but also on the other areas such as infrastructure, faculty, education quality and the co curricular activities.

The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA.

I hope you are interested in MIT diploma course after 10th. It is a private college. The college is good in placement records. Almost all students of top branches get placed and they also assist during placements and internships.

The college offers integrated course with diploma, where you will get admitted to B.Tech automatically, based on your performance.

MIT WPU, Pune is a good deemed to be university, it has good placement opportunities with Companies like Audi, Reliance, Amazon, Google, etc. Doing Chemical Engineering from MIT-WPU is definitely worth it, but since it is a private university so you have to put in your hard work to score good in the academics, so that the recruiting companies can hire you hand to hand.

It has a really good and helping faculty which will go out of the way to help you, Also there are various interactive Technical/Non-Technical clubs present in the college which provide you more exposure. It has a really well maintained and clean campus.

So with regard to your query, in order to get a seat in not only St. Johns Medical College, but for any medical college, you need to give the NEET exam. It is mandated by the Medical Council of India. You cannot have any kind of other entrance exams for the purpose of MBBS seat without the NEET exam.

You might get these in the second round or third round in some branches of counselling if we see the last few years cut off. This is according to the last few years' cut-offs and cut-off changes every year.

i don't give you any sugarcoat support but with this rank it's nearly impossible to get admission in ECE in MIT.

you scored good enough but not enough to get ECE. The actual rank may vary based on the factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score, normalized marks, tie breakers etc.
