MEC infrastructure has well-designed and fully furnished hostels separately for male students at the institute with well furnished rooms. The hostels hold the accommodation capabilities for about 2000 students. The hostel rooms are granted on the basis of single bed, double bed, three bed or dormitory to the students wishing to be accommodated in hostels on MEC campus.

MEC facilities in the hostels provided for the female students are the same facilities that are in the boys hostels. Hostels have various facilities provided in each room consisting of indoor games, reading rooms, audio, video and medical facilities. The hostels are provided with safety and security facilities on the MEC campus.

Mahendra Engineering College Namakkal facilities provide medical services for its students, faculty members and staff. The medical clinic at the MEC campus provides basic first aid treatment to its students and staff.

Mahendra Engineering College is to be established a multi gym for both boys and girls in the indoor stadium.

MEC facilities have available banking facilities provided by the Union Bank of India Mallasamudram Branch which is open from 12 AM to 2 PM on all working days for the students and staff on MEC campus. There is an ATM installed as well on the MEC campus of the Union Bank of India Mallasamudram Branch for off working hour transactional needs of the students and staff.
