Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: MCET offers seven courses of B.Tech, namely Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Automobile Engineering. All admissions are conducted on the merit of JEE Main, KEAM, or UGET rankings. The intake capacity varies across courses with 60 seats per course in the case of Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering, while other courses also have 30 seats per course.

M.Tech: There are four M.Tech programs provided by the institution: Applied Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Thermal Engineering. Most admissions are granted based on GATE scores. The intake capacity is 18 students in each M.Tech program.
