The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

With a catalog of over 10,090 volumes and 4088 titles,  the library offers students a wealth of knowledge resources to aid in their quest for knowledge.  The library stocks number of journals 72 and a number of magazines 8 to keep students abreast of the latest findings and research. To add to the wealth of options, MCE also has institutional membership in the  DELNET (Developing Library Network, New Delhi).

The college has a very good Football field, Cricket circle, and Volleyball court.indoor badminton court. A 400 mts. Standard Track, Long jump pit, and High jump pit are available. A separate recreation room is available for carom, chess, and table tennis.
