Is NEET exam required to get seat bsc nursing in manipal college of nursing ( MAHE ) in 2022 ?

Hello aspirant,

For pursuing BSc in Nursing at Manipal college of nursing, there is a separate entrance examination held.

The test duration is of 120 minutes. Total questions will be 100

Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs): Biology (20), Physics (20), Chemistry (20), English (20), and Aptitude (20)

Max Marks: 400

Marking Scheme - MCQ: +4 for every correct answer, -1 for every wrong answer, and 0 for an un attempted question

does manipal nursing college has its own cet

Hello,

Bachelors of Science in Nursing admission is offered in BSc Nursing and Post Basic BSc Nursing in Manipal university.

For BSc Nursing:

Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from recognized board, with minimum 45 % aggregate marks or equivalent in PCBE.

For Post basic BSc Nursing

Pass in GNM after 10+2 or equivalent examination, preferably with Science subjects.
Candidate should be a registered Nurse and registered Midwife or equivalent, with any State Nursing Registration Council.

Applicants applying for the B.Sc Nursing in Manipal University will not have any entrance examinations but the contenders will be acknowledged on the basis of merit list and scored secured in the qualifying examination.

So there is no CET in Manipal university.

No only female candidates can apply for BSc nursing as the eligibility criteria for BSc nursing is only female candidates who are unmarried/ divorcee/ legally separated/ widow without encumbrances will be eligible to apply. Please click the below link to know more
