Yes, all necessary equipments are there , proper security, wifi is also available , you cannot bunk lectures . Girls are not allowed to leave the campus before 5 pm. Books are provided from the library
Faculty is decent but it can be better. Many teachers are from IIT or nit . All the necessary labs are there and each lap has 2 lab assistant. but they use chalk board instead of white board , so you have to deal with chalk powder
Placements are decent, all the medioker MNCs come in campus for placement but the average package is 3-4 lakhs and highest goes upto 6-7 lakhs . It is less as compared to the fees they charge for engineering
Infrastructure is not value for money
Campus Life is a bit boring
I recommend you this college if you are from meerut
College has an average rate of infrastructure.Classes, labs, libraries are equipped with all the basic facilities. But, infrastructure lacks in advanced technologies and facilities. It provides good broadband facilities. Living spaces are clean and hygienic.
Academics are one of the most focused upon fields.Facilities put their 100% and always help students in their learning. Curriculum is updated time to time and other than the syllabus of courses, students are provided with extra labs and trainings for skill development.
Placement through college is good. And it puts efforts in improving placements more and more. For that, students are prepared throughout the course by different trainings. Placement package is average and good seldom. Personally, I haven't experienced placement process yet, but seniors provide a good review of it. I'm personally experiencing the preparation of placement which is provided by college through different trainings on technicals, reasoning, logical, verbal ability classes, etc.
Course per year costs around 1 lakhs. And, it is worth of our money, as college helps in our academics, co-curricular activities, trainings and skill development.
College's campus life is good. Being a day scholar, I don't have much experience of its hostels and some other things. But, all that I've seen and found out is mainly good. Students, teachers are all very helpful and generous. And yes there are mischievous no doubt but those are within the limits so it could be just taken hilariously. It's location is good ,safe and provides a healthy environment.
Infrastructure of the college is good. Computer Labs are good and maintained and and library is also well furnished. Food quality in the canteen is good, being a day scholar I don't have an idea about the mess food. Their is an indoor game zone which is also very good.
The faculty is good and qualified enough to clear all doubts. Available any time to clear the doubts. course curriculum is a bit extra as we are learning a bit extra things which I believe is for our better future. All over the academic is great.
Placement in the 2017 were not that good. Very few companies visited the campus and only limited students were selected who visited the company. In the previous years placement was good and students were placed in top MNC's.
The course of btech in ece branch cost about 1,10,000 which a great value for money for engineers. I feel I'm getting my money's worth on the basis of quality of education and personality development.
The best thing about this college is the quality of education it provides which is the best. Just sometimes things are a bit extra otherwise top notch. The teachers are top class and highly educated and students are friendly in nature and starve for education. The location is good.
My life at this college is just like I imagined it to be. Fun and adventurous.
The infrastructure of our college is pretty good and hefty. Our college provides two great libraries. Some labs are great. Some are average, but at least we can do the work. Medical facilities are not great. Most of the sports are available for the hostel students
The course curriculum has been designed keeping in mind the latest industry trends and technological innovations. Those subjects are included that provide student efficiency to compete in the market .The faculty is good and the quality of teaching would also be rated as good.
Almost all the students were placed in the CS and IT branch. -the highest package was 8 LPA offered by CDK global, the lowest was 3 LPA offered by many companies, and average was 3lpa. - IBM, Capegemini, CDK Global, TCS etc. - college conducted training programmes and internships in connection with HCL - Application Programmer, Software Engineer, System Engineer etc.
The infrastructure of our college is pretty good . Classrooms are so good . Our college provides two great libraries. Some labs are great. Some are average, but at least we can do the work easily . Medical facilities are great. Most of the sports are available for the hostel students, but day scholars just get a little sports facilities only .
Faculty members in our college are good, well trained and experienced. They are well-qualified, and they have years of experience. I personally don't think students become industry-he course curriculum has been designed keeping in mind the latest industry trends and technological innovations. Those subjects are included that provide student efficiency to compete in the market. ready due to the lack of practical knowledge.
Placements in our college are average, and I do not know much more about it. Only a few respectable companies visit our college for placements. You just get what you deserve. The college has some good placement opportunities for the students, though not all the students are placed still around 70% students get placed. Some big names also come in the campus. Most of the placements are from CS and IT branches.
yes
The college has a decent infrastructure with classrooms having smart board , WiFi facilities .Girls hostel is spread in a wide space with two students sharing a room , there is a common room within the hostel . Hostel mess's food is also decent .
I am a computer science and engineering student here . Teachers are very dedicated to education and providing notes and regular tests and sessional are conducted ( on weekly bases in the first year ).
Companies like Tata , TCS , wirpo , byju etc were brought to the campus for placement purposes and many of the students have scored themselves one but still some improvement can be useful although skills like professional communication are told
My course's cost per year is around about 1.26 lakh ( without hostel fee which roughly is 50,000/-) . I think it is worth the money atleast on the academic level because the fee includes various side courses that the clg provides that will help in placement and during quarantine clg signed the 1st years to an online paid learning app whose all courses were paid by the clg itself
College campus is fairly large not too big but decent . It has its canteen were food is fairly priced . The college has one annual fest "kolahaal " which is the highlight of the year . Else small scale side events like 'rangotsav' etc keep happening . The college is located in a populated area it as almost all the facilities within reach .
Infrastructures are Okay in my view they are not so good but they are not that bad either. Some labs have not that good equipments some labs have broken equipments but some labs are just amazing. All the cse labs are very nice. Electrical labs are not that good.
Academics are also Okay. Teachers work very hard for students. During the first year Teachers as well as dean works very hard for students to gain knowledge. Notes are provided by teachers on a short notice. Overall Academics are good. Quality is there in the teaching .
For placements it is not that good. Average package that a student gets is 2 or 3 lakh. Companies that come here are TCS IBM Wiprow cloud 360 aws and some others that i dont know but mostly IBM and TCS take students.
Considering the fees structure i think my money is worth it studying in this college.
Campus life is not that good as others. There are some fests but there shiuld be more.
Overall i would say its not on the college it depends on the students. Students should not complian about the college lackness. But should accept where they are and they are lucky enough to even study at the private college and should work hard with all the limited facility they are being given.
Our college is well-equipped and infrastructure is excellent. We get all the facilities needed and all the labs have required equipment. The classroom are well- furnished and have Wi-Fi facility. Separate hostels for boys and girls is available. A peaceful library is there to study anytime.
The level of teaching is good and all the Faculties are well trained and experienced. We can get support from them when needed. They are very supportive. All the syllabus is updated according to curriculum and we get extra knowledge also to become job ready.
The placement in CS or IT department are well and the procedure is quite formal and fare. On an average 70-80% students get placed with average salary package of 4-5 lakhs rs. The placement cell is very supportive and helps in acquiring our dream job.
The course cost 1.5 Lakhs rs per year only education fees. I am getting my money's worth because I am getting a good quality of education and the facilities provided by college are good. All the college helps in providing a good knowledge always.
The campus Life is best feature. We get help from our mentors as well as seniors to enrich our skills. All the college faculties and staff are supportive. Our college is safe which handles all type of emergency and it is situated in a good place which is easily trackable.
Our college infrastructure is outstanding and all the facilities are available in our campus. All the laboratory are well equipped with equipments and accessories. Cleanliness is the major point here, hence hygienic conditions. We also have Wi-Fi facility.
All the Faculties are supportive and helps in exploring in each and every field. The course is up-to-date according to the curriculum provided. The teaching style of some faculties, I like the most. We have various opportunities to explore, so we become job ready also.
The placement of IT branch is good. Approx 50-60% of students get placed through college with average salary package of 4-5 Lakhs. The placement process is moderate and college is supportive, so each and every student get placed.
The course cost upto Rs 1.5 Lakhs per year. I think I am getting my money's worth, as the education level, facilities provided and equipments provided are all good.
I am very obliged to say that I like the Campus life here very much. We have supportive seniors, faculties and all the support staff. The college is well situated and easily trackable. We get extra time to explore, play after college hours to enrich our skills.
It's good overall.
Colleges spread across a broad area, it's campus area is too big, there is a very big playground where we basically chill out, libraries are digital and ful hair conditioner where we get knowledge, classrooms are full smart and air conditioner where we take lecture, laboratories are fully equipped where we do experiments, there is a very big canteen where we basically eat in less price, campus is very clean where we can wander.
Academic is very good for all branch in the last year majority of student got 90 plus percentage in there session result, curriculum is updated in 2018 by AICTE, study makes a job ready because are courses basically job related.
Placement is very good there is a tie up with approx 50 + abroad company and many startup companies while some big company like Wipro, Amazon, PCS etc comes in the college and provide students internship and placement, last year the highest package was 14 lakh rupees per annum, placement is easy and pleasant because the company take student through the college which is easiest way for the student to get placed.
there is average value for money I am paying 1.6 lakh rupees per annum for my tuition fee and I am getting my money words because I never felt that I am not enjoying my campus life.
Already said I am never felt that I am not enjoying my campus life so there is very good campus life every time you will be engaging in various events and activities apart from this it will take you busy in different things along with studies that is the campus life if you are feeling vein time that means you are getting bore so it will not happen there it is safest location in the Meerut.
Now I feel it should be the dream college of my juniors.
When choosing between MIET (Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology), Meerut, and KIT (Kanpur Institute of Technology), Kanpur, for a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), several factors should be considered to determine which college might be the better fit for you.
Both colleges have their strengths, but if you're looking for a more established name with a solid track record in placements, MIET, Meerut, might be a better choice. However, KIT, Kanpur, is also a strong contender, especially if you're looking for an institution that is growing rapidly and placing an increasing emphasis on industry connections and practical learning.
Your decision might also depend on other factors like location preference, campus environment, and personal priorities. Visiting both campuses and speaking with current students or alumni could further help in making an informed choice.
hope this helps you!!

Hello,
A private university with more tuition and funding would undoubtedly have greater amenities, as would SRM Chennai.
The state government's engineering university, Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), offers government seats that are filled through centralised counselling. MIET is located in Meerut.
As for SRM, well, it is SRM, a private institution, a renowned one at that recognised for standards, and given the tuition they demand, buying a student a placement won't be a tough job. MIET has also had great placements throughout the years. Private universities obtain student placements in this manner.
Here are some details. Your choice is yours to make.
Good Luck!!
