ApplyMIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research (MITSBSR), Pune has a placement cell that remains active throughout the year and seamlessly integrates the student's talent pool with the industry network. The students have an opportunity to find placement in the industry via three modes viz. Pre-placement offers (PPOs), on-campus placement drives and off-campus hiring.
Internships are mandatory for students during summer breaks from the third year onwards. Additionally, the B.Tech and Integrated M.Tech students have to complete a 6-months end semester project to complete their course credits. MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research Pune also provides pre-placement training to students. MIT BIO Pune placement training involves project-based teaching that facilitates the development of practical skills among students.
Students undergo their internships in top institutes such as Kalam Institute of Health Technology (KIHT), Vishakhapatnam, Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune, Centre for Material for Electronics Technology (C-MET), Pune, Vasantdada Sugar Institute (VSI), Pune, CSIR- National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), Pune, as well as start-ups such as Atreya Innovations, Pune and Actorius Innovations and Research Pvt Ltd, Pune.

The placement rate is very high above 70%. Some students got above 1 crore per annum packages. Most of the biggest tech giants visit here and offer very high packages.Recruiters are from top mnc's. Placement cell in our college is very cooperative with the students.
The college is still quite new and therefore the placement situation has room for improvement right now.Also there is a compulsory internship of 6 months/1 year depending on your course which the college helps you to get at any related industry or research institute.

Candidates appearing for the PERA CET exam should have a thorough understanding of the syllabus to have a good preparation strategy. The question paper for the undergraduate entrance exam will be based on the 12th std syllabus. Therefore the candidate should a good understanding of this and need to prepare accordingly. It is comparatively less tougher than JEE Mains and BITSAT.
