NSS College of Engineering offers admission to a total of 12 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, such as B.Tech and M.Tech. NSS College of Engineering admission is based on the candidate’s performance in the KEAM entrance exam for the B.Tech programmes. Candidates who meet the NSSCE cutoff must participate in KEAM counselling as part of the admission process.
For NSS College of Engineering admission to the M.Tech program, candidates need to take the GATE entrance exam. Those who meet the NSSCE M.Tech cutoff must attend counselling and choose NSSCE Palakkad as their preference during choice filling. Candidates must submit the original documents for verification and pay the admission fee once the NSSCE Palakkad admission is confirmed.

Enter your personal details like name, communication details, address details, and email ID in the NSS College of Engineering application form.
After successfully entering your details, upload the scanned images of your passport-size photograph and signature in the registration form.
As a final step, pay the registration fee online through net banking/credit card/debit card.

Candidates need to apply for and take the KEAM entrance exam and obtain a valid score.
After the KEAM exam, the results, ranks, and KEAM cutoffs are released.
The admission commission fills 85% of the seats based on merit, while the management fills 15% from the rank list of engineering entrance exams. An additional 10% of students are admitted under the lateral entry scheme in the 3rd semester.
Candidates who meet the cutoff must participate in KEAM counselling.
Candidates should select NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, as preferred college during choice filling.
Finally, after document verification and payment of the NSS College of Engineering admission fee, final admission is offered.

Eligible candidates must first appear for the GATE entrance exam and secure a valid score.
Once the GATE cutoff is released, candidates who meet the cutoff must participate in the M.Tech counselling process. Candidates are called for counselling based on their rank.
Seats are allocated based on GATE scores, candidates’ preferences, and seat availability.
If any seats remain vacant, non-GATE candidates from Kerala will be allotted seats. If there are still vacant seats after that, non-GATE candidates from other states will be allotted seats.
Finally, candidates must verify their documents and pay the NSSCE admission fees to confirm their admission.

Note: Admission to the NSS College of Engineering B.Tech course is based on the All Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala.
The admission to the M.Tech programme at NSS College of Engineering Palakkad is done based on candidates’ performance in the entrance exam- GATE and then candidates meeting the Kerala M.Tech cutoff have to attend the Kerala M.Tech counselling.

One of the strongholds of the college is definitely the strong academic rigour the college has. Got best professors of the state and you would also be getting a great peer group from whom you could learn a lot as well.
I completed BTech under Civil Engineering which is of course a very big challenge cuz it is ENGINEERING obviously. Our faculty are good in teaching but they teach in vernacular language which is a drawback but otherwise academically it's fine.
At present, the institution offers B.Tech degree courses in six branches and M.Tech degree courses in Communication Engineering, Power Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, Structural Engineering and Computer Integrated Manufacturing.

No. You had a possibility of scoring in the top 90 percent. Because only 15% of seats are filled through JEE Mains, the remaining 15% are filled through paid management quotas, and the remaining seats are filled through MHT-CET, it becomes difficult.
