Oriental College of Law, Navi Mumbai. The admissions in the college are merit-based as per the rules and guidelines issued by the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra. The main entrance examination for seeking admission into law colleges is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law (MHCET Law).

The admission cycle is usually associated with the university's academic calendar.   • Any other certificates if needed by admitting authority

5. Pay the application fee fixed by the admitting authority.

6. Attend counseling as per scheduled date and time of counseling notified by the State Admission Authority.

7. On allotment in Oriental College of Law, the candidate has to report at the college for completion of formalities of verification of documents and admission within the time line prescribed.

8. Complete the admission formalities, which include fee payment and enrollment in the college.

The selection process is mainly on MHCET Law scores and adheres to the reservation policy as is stipulated by the government norms.

Degree wise Admission Process

LLB: Oriental College of Law: The college has an intake of 120 for the 3-year LLB program. Students are admitted according to their scores in the MHCET Law exam, then counseling. Admission is open for those who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

BA LLB: The college offers a 5-year integrated BA LLB course with 120 seats. It is for those students who have completed their 10+2 education and are interested in making a career in law. The admission is made through the MHCET Law exam, and the selection is done through counseling based on the scores of the exam.
