Pee Gee Polytechnic College is a self-financing educational institution from the year 1994 for technical education situated at Dharmapuri of Tamilnadu. Located on a large 15 acre plot of land, this affiliated college has been delivering on the dreams of engineering students for almost 3 decades. Being approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, the institute focuses on a number of diploma programmes in engineering. Being a new generation college, Pee Gee Polytechnic College has a strength of 89 students from all intakes and 33 faculty members, thus making it possible to achieve a small class strength, which increases the ratio of students to faculties, and finally enhances the teaching quality.

Pee Gee Polytechnic College has assembled a long list of equipment that can be used to supplement the learning outcomes of the students. The campus has the hostels specifically for boys and girls hence creating a conducive environment for students who stay in hostel. A modern equipped library which is stock full of necessary academic information is present in a school to enable students access numerous resources. For those who give much importance to sports and physical activities, the college has well equipped and standard sporting amenities and modern gym. Computer technology and laboratories are designed to provide realism to the potential technicians and engineers to enable them undergo practical sessions with industry facilities. An auditorium is also available on the campus area for use in other seminars and other extracurricular activities. The college also values students’ health with a centre for health, which provides first aid. Additionally there is a cafeteria as well as reserve facilities such as a parking lot that enhance the lifestyle on campus.

Pee Gee Polytechnic College currently has four full-time only diploma courses each having a duration of three years. These programmes are appropriate for the branches of engineering and make a student to be equipped with different challenges in their careers. Total sanctioned intake of the college is 210 for all its programmes offered in the college. Lately, particular graduation rate was not reported yet, however, the curricular focus on professional education and development of skills relevant to the employment market is designed to help students secure successful jobs and build successful careers.

To aspiring students, the admission process at Pee Gee Polytechnic College is easily understandable, and it admits students quite easily. Although the particulars of the admission process have not been outlined, the admission to polytechnic colleges in Tamil Nadu may be given on production of marks statements of the 10 th standard or equivalent examination.
