QIS Institute of Technology, Ongole Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Ongole's QIS Institute of Technology (QISIT) is one of the top engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh with excellent education standards and state-of-the-art facilities. AP EAMCET is widely used by QISIT to admit candidates. The college adopts a two-category admission policy at the behest of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. 70% of the sanctioned capacity is occupied in Category A under the AP EAMCET counseling process conducted by the state government. Category B, or the remaining 30%, is covered by an online admission procedure conducted by the agency appointed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

For eligibility, the applicants should have done 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects. The percentage requirement can differ, but good percentage in these subjects and good rank in AP EAMCET is a requirement for sure to get admission in QISIT.

Application Procedure

The admission process for QIS Institute of Technology, Ongole, is primarily based on the AP EAMCET exam and the following counseling. This is the step-by-step procedure:

1. AP EAMCET Registration: The candidate must register and apply for AP EAMCET exam through the official website.

2. Entrance Test: Report on the date specified for AP EAMCET.

3. Results Announcement: Wait for the announcement of AP EAMCET result and rank list.

3. B.Tech Information Technology (60 seats)

For all these courses, 70% of the seats are occupied by AP EAMCET counseling (Category A) and 30% by the online admissions process of the state government (Category B).

For Category B admissions (30% seats):

1. Online admission process will be published separately by the competent authority of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Candidates shall apply for Category B seats under this online process.
3. There will be choice provided on government and institute-formulated criteria.
