Dear student,
When the conditions will start coming back to normal, then only we can expect the colleges and hostels to reopen. We all know that in a hostel, there are common eating areas, washrooms, a single room is to be shared by 2-4 students, so in such cases it will not be safe to reopen hostels. Also students will not follow the covid measures strictly, that's why the authorities are trying to delay the reopening of colleges and schools. Once the vaccination process is successfully implemented then only we can hope for reopening of schools and colleges.
Hello!
Yes, Students from other states can also apply for admission process (REAP). However, state government reservation policies do not apply to these students.
