Rajeev Gandhi Proudyogiki Mahavidyalaya (RGPM), Bhopal has a dedicated placement cell that provides a platform for the students to interact with potential employers. The RGPM Bhopal placement cell aims to provide the best placement opportunities to the students at the college. The RGPM placement cell provides career guidance, organises campus interviews, provides information about job opportunities and organises workshops and seminars to make students job-ready. RGPM Bhopal placement cell also arranges corporate visits and campus interviews with leading companies. 

RGPM Placement Procedure

• The placement procedure for Rajeev Gandhi Proudyogiki Mahavidyalaya (RGPM) starts with registering the college with the placement cell.

• The RGPM placement cell conducts various activities such as inviting potential employers to the campus, arranging for pre-placement talks, and arranging for aptitude tests.

• The college then shortlists students for interviews based on their performance in the aptitude test.

• Students are then called for interviews by the employers and the selection process is completed.

• After the selection process is completed, the college will inform the selected students and make necessary arrangements for their joining.

Note: The RGPM Bhopal placement cell provides training and value added services to the students to develop interview skills.
