24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Technical Education (NCTE) and offered by Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Bellary.
Eligibility Criteria
i. Candidates with at least fifty percent marks (including IA)either in Bachelor's Degree and/ or the Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity, Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 percent marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the program. SC/ST/ OBC/PWD/371(J) and any other categories/type shall be as per the orders issued by the Central Government and State Government whichever is applicable.
ii. The candidates should specify the level of specialization He/She desires to be a
a) Teacher for VI-VIII or IX-X standards.
b) Only candidates with PG qualification are eligible to teach IX-X or XI-XII
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on the merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/U.T. Administration and the University.
