The college has Rangia College library is a premier library of higher education in Assam, playing a vital role in conferring higher education to the user of North Kamrup, especially for more than 57 years since its establishment in 1963. The central library of the college has been functioning as an integral part of the college from the time of its inception. At the time of its inception, the primary needs of the library were fulfilled with the help of donations and contributions of some well-wishers and thereafter gradually it is able to become a modern computerized college library. At present Rangia College library also provides access to e-resources to the teachers and students of the college through UGC- INFLIBNET, N-List Programme, and NDLI services (National Digital Library of India).
