             I hope you are doing good. Coming to your question As per the latest update fee for B-TECH in RMK college for 4 years is around 3,50,000/-. And the hostel fee will be around 61,000/-.As per my research that fee varies for 5000 between few branches. The scholarship will be provided for a few merit students.

RMK Engineering College offers various educational programs at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level focusing on the field of Engineering and Technology.

Admissions to the UG level courses are done through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA)

For admission to the PG level courses is through TANCET and GATE.

Candidates from other states will be considered as belonging to OC only, irrespective of their community for the purpose of considering minimum eligibility marks.

For Admission to B.E / B.Tech Degree Courses at RMK Engineering College, Thiruvallur

The candidate should have passed the 10+2 from Tamil Nadu or an equivalent examination recognised by Anna University with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 50% for OC category.

Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form available along with prospectus. in the College's website. Filled in application forms along with a non-refundable registeration fee as stipulated should be sent to the office of the Principal, R.M.K.Engineering College.

In the Rmk engineering college there are totally 7 departments which includes ECE,EEE,EIE,Mechanical,Civil,CSE and IT.

The candidate should have passed the twelfth standard of Tamil Nadu H.S.C. (Academic) or an equivalent examination recognised by Anna University with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The Candidate should have passed the Diploma Examination in Engineering / Technology of the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu or an equivalent examination for direct admission to second year (Lateral Entry).

i am from the same college and mobiles or laptops are not used inside the college premises. But for hostlers, from 3:05 pm to 7:00 pm you can use laptops in your room and you can get the wifi in your room. But its very strict that you should not use mobiles inside the campus.
