RMK Engineering College is a very big college with many department blocks. The classrooms are very big and maintained clean everyday. Food in RMK is the best. It is very tasty and hygienic. Wi-Fi facility is also available in the campus.

Academics is the best in RMK. Faculty and counselors provide support and help. They are very friendly and guide us. They motivate us to participate in many competitions as well. Smart boards are an added advantage for learning.

Placements in RMK Engineering college is good. The faculty provide training classes. Many software companies visit the college and recruit many students. Many top companies like Breaks India, HCL Solutions, Johnson and Johnson controls visit the campus for recruitment.

Academics is very good. Faculty teach every concept in a detailed manner. Modern facilities like smart boards are used to explain complex concepts to make it easy to understand. Practice questions are given to enhance knowledge.

Ya , the placement also very good in this college and they show academic and placement as priority in this college. Only if u have a cgpa of 7.5 and above . The average salary is from 3.5 lpa to 5 lpa

Actually there is no campus life. You can't enjoy like other college.there is no any extra activities or cultural or function.this can be a disadvantage in this college

Yes, my college provides excellent infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms featuring smart tv, internet connection, fans only no AC in classrooms, a vast library, advanced labs, modern sports facilities, and clean, hygienic hostels with nutritious food.

The quality of teaching varies, depending on the faculty and the subjects they handle. However, I appreciate the effort they put into staying updated with trending topics, often learning from our alumni, who themselves studied under the same dedicated faculty.

I am in my pre-final year now so don't have any experience until now but based on my seniors and super senior speech I can tell it is good. And most importantly they assure 100% placements but the salary package differ based on your skills.

I secured admission for B.Tech IT through TN government counseling and received a post-matric scholarship covering rupees 55,000 towards tuition fees. For other expenses, including bus fees, online materials, and training and development fees, the cost is rupees 67,000. The bus fee varies based on the distance. While I feel the online materials are not entirely worth the money, the other expenses are reasonable and provide good value.

I'm studying Electronics and Communication Engineering to explore cutting edge technology like VLSI. Teaching quality is good but the curriculum could be more updated. It provides a decent foundation for software jobs.

The placement quality at RMK is decent, with an average package of 5-6 LPA. Core companies didn't visit which is unsatisfactory but software students secured good packages. The college was supportive throughout.

My course EEV VLSI costs around 1.5LPA through counseling. It feels somewhat worth it, academics are good but the lack of cultural events makes it less fulfilling beyond studies.

RMK has a safe, well-maintained campus with financial support for projects and patent filling. The focus is academics with no cultural activities. Teachers are helpful but not exceptional, some lack expertise.

Those who aim for software companies have a good opportunity. However, those who seek core companies have a disadvantage because the number of core companies visiting is minimal even if they visit they are only looking for a software position

The surroundings are neat and full of trees which is peaceful. The teachers are friendly.

RMK has good infrastructure with lab facilities for each department. We have a spacious auditorium which can fit in up to 1000 students. We have a great mess facility provided with breakfast, lunch and tea at the break too.

For each department we have curated list of subjects based on the specified specialization. We also have minors and honors where each student can select their course of their interest for last 4 semesters.

Placements package is only between 4 to 6 LPA as on average or on the whole. We pay nearly 25000 each year for placement preparation where we get a platform for coding in any language according to student interest.

Not much, but at end it's our responsibility to get the job in hand or get selected in good colleges who have opted for higher studies.

NO, we can't enjoy this college life as here the college doesn't concentrate much on students' extracurricular activities, and we have more restrictions at many areas.
