The Roland Institute Of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Berhampur has a separate and well-established placement cell that helps and guides students through the complete process of placement. The main objective of the RIPS Berhampur placement cell is to train and place the students of different branches of pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, academics, research centres and many more. Placements

The quality of the placements here have been average since a couple of years. Well, I am not complaining that the companies don't come but the problem is that packages offered are like 1.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA starting. Companies like Reddy's lab, Sun Pharma, Apollo,etc come to our college.

Placements

The placements are good. companies like ranbaxy, Apollo, dr. reddy's lab, etc do come on a regular basis. Many are placed in industry like pharma covigilance, clinical trials, drug discoveries,etc. Expect CTC 2-3 LPA starting.
