RVS College of Engineering, Dindigul, is a well-known college with sufficient numbers of engineering and technology courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The admissions in RVS College of Engineering usually start after the declaration of qualifying examination results. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech/BE: RVS College of Engineering provides different B.Tech and BE courses such as Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Admission to these courses is done on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the state-level engineering entrance exam. The college has an intake of 60 seats for each of the most popular courses such as Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

M.Tech/ME: There are several courses in M.Tech/ME like Thermal Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Embedded Systems Technologies, and Computer Science and Engineering. The admissions are mostly according to TANCET scores. The intake in most of the M.Tech courses is 18 seats and there is another intake of 24 seats for Thermal Engineering.

MCA: RVS College of Engineering provides a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course with huge intake of 120 seats. The admission for MCA is also based on the TANCET scores.

B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science: This is a fresh course with an intake of 30 seats. Admission would probably be on the basis of marks secured in the state-level engineering entrance examination, as is the case with other undergraduate courses.
