• GATE and non-GATE candidates have separate application processes.

• A merit list is declared by the authorities.

• Next, shortlisted candidates have to participate in the counselling process. 

• MP M.Tech counselling is separated into 2 phases, with institute-level counselling coming last.

• Based on the GATE scores, participation in the counselling process the final admission is done.

• Once selected, must verify the documents and pay the desired course fee.
