I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college with such high rank. Even if you have 6345 SC category rank the number of seats are very less in AIQ only 15% oh to which 6% are for SC which makes it not more than around 2000 seats IN AIQ. 

You may get in state counselling second rank because chances are there and giu would benefit by your category.

Considering your rank and the general intake at University School wnd Law and Legal Studies most likely the cut off rank will be in the range of 1000-1500 however you have the advantage of category rank therefore you have a slight chance of getting into USLLS. If you are allotted seat in the first round then you can look for VIPS because after first round hardly any seat is left at USLLS.

Congratulations on qualifying NEET-2019. As much as I'm aware cutoff in Jharkhand are usually lower then many other states so yes you have chance of getting MBBS in your own state. Doing same state Counselling will benefit due to state quota of 85% . After that try for AIQ .

As you are a non diploma student so you will have to read 10 subjects in section A of Amie though for diploma students it is only 4. Once you complete your section A you can move to section B. Section A will contain subjects like

Fundamentals of design and manufacturing, Engineering physics and chemistry, engineering graphics etc.

For this you can join any local coaching or the best way is by YouTube or other websites.

Bsc medical is a programme course offered by Government Girls College , sec-14 , gurgaon. If it would have been the honours course , it will be stated against the course , since there is no mention , therefore it's an programme course. There are several honours courses like Zoology honours , Botany honours , Maths honours that are offered by this college.
