School of Engineering, Sri Satya Sai University of Technology and Medical Sciences, Sehore Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

The School of Engineering, Sri Satya Sai University of Technology and Medical Sciences, Sehore (SSSUTMS), is an eminent school ,which has been offering a variety of technical and professional courses. Admission in SSSUTMS is in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations made by the University Regulatory Authority of Madhya Pradesh under the State Government rules. It is affiliated to the All India Council for Technical Education in India (AICTE), ensuring that it maintains high-quality education standards. Similar to other technical and professional courses, SSSUTMS adopts a standard admission procedure. Most of the time, the admission procedure usually begins towards the end of August and primarily continues throughout September. 

Since the dates often change, candidates are generally expected to visit the official website of SSSUTMS for information about the latest updates on application deadlines and important dates. The basic eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses have typically been completion of 10+2 through a valid board in respective subjects. An undergraduate degree in the relevant subject must be completed by candidates desiring postgraduate programs from a valid university. Exact eligibility criteria might be different from those of other courses.

Application Process

Every program will have a different application procedure with regards to SSSUTMS:

1. Visit the official SSSUTMS website and navigate to the admissions section.

2. Select the program (B.E., M.Tech, MBA, MCA, or MBA Integrated) of choice and go through the particular eligibility criteria and admission requirements.

3. Fill in the online application accurately with personal and academic details.

4. Upload the relevant documents, which may include:

• Passport size photograph
• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Graduation mark sheets (for postgraduate programs)
• Entrance exam score card (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Any other relevant certificates as specified by the institute

5. Pay the program-specific application fee for that program.

6. Submit the application with the completed application form and await communication from the institute.

7. Depending on the program-wise selection processes, shortlisted candidates of merit may get a call for interviews or group discussions.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: SSSUTMS offers 11 B.E. courses including the popular Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering. B.E. admission is also through entrance exams relevant to the candidate, as well as previous B.E. academic records.

Awards 10 M.Tech programs: Some of them include M.Tech programs in Computer Science and Engineering; Digital Communication, and Power Electronics. Based on GATE Scores, M.Tech programs generally consider candidates for admission; there could be an interview process following it. Each of the M.Tech programs has 18 seats approved for it, except for Electrical Power System and Thermal Engineering which has 36 seats each.

An MBA integrated program of SSSUTMS has approval for a total intake of 120 students. Admission into the MBA may also consider the relevant management entrance exam scores, followed by a possible interview/group discussion.

MCA: SSSUTMS has an approved admission intake of 60 students under the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. Admission to the MCA program is based on the candidate's score in relevant entrance examinations and academic qualifications.

MBA Integrated: SSSUTMS School of Management offers a different intake of 60 students for the MBA Integrated program. This program may have a different admission process from that of the regular MBA, possibly considering academic performance in 10+2 and relevant aptitude tests.
