The School of Law at IMS Unison University, Dehradun offers a wide variety of law programs and has an integrated admission process with a very precise method of selection of students. The institute is  approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and has been known for quality legal education.

3. For Ph.D. Law programme:

  1. Look for separate Ph.D. admission announcements on the respective university websites.
  2. Apply for the respective Ph.D. programs by filling up the application form along with all the required documents.
  3. Based on the university selection process, appear for the entrance test and/or interview.

Degree-wise Admission Process

BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons): The admission to these five-year integrated programmes is based on the Class XII marks or CLAT scores, with a personal interview afterwards. The BA LLB (Hons) programme has an approved intake of 120 seats, while the BBA LLB (Hons) programme offers 60 seats.

LLB (Hons): The School of Law offers this three-year program, with an approved intake of 60 seats. Again, the actual admission procedure is not specified but is probably along the lines of other undergraduate law programs.

The School of Law offers several specialized LLM programs, including Constitutional and Administrative Law, Criminal and Security Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, International and Comparative Law, Family and Social Security Law, and Legal Pedagogy and Research. Admission to these programs is based on the University Admission Test or CLAT PG scores, followed by a personal interview.

Ph.D. Law: The School of Law also provides a Ph.D. program in Law. The exact details regarding admission are not mentioned, but generally, the process for research scholars is very competitive.
