JMIT have a decent infrastructure equipped with all types of labs and equipments . A well maintained mess and a great hostel. Every corner of JMIT is equipped with a wifi network and there will be a ton of cultural activities on a daily basis .
I had the privilege of pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science at JMIT college, and my academic journey there was nothing short of exceptional. The standout feature of my college experience was the incredibly warm and dedicated teaching staff.
Placements have been average overall we can say 30% of students get on campus placements . Most of the placements were in core companies like TCS , but on the other hand 10% students also got around 10LPA
It is average as of 2016-2020 batch overall course takes around 8 lakhs including hostel and other expenses , The infrastructure and all the facilities provided are decent in this price point at that time
It is located in Radaur on the highway near bus stand so there will be decent connectivity . Campus is decent you have a nice canteen , different grounds for different sports . a well maintained library .
The college has a decent infrastructure, with well-maintained buildings and classrooms. The campus is quite so good with various academic and non-academic building. The classroom are spacious and equipped.
The college has a good academic program, with Knowledgeable and experienced faculty members who are good in their respective fields. The curriculum is comprehensive and covers a wide range of subjects.
The college has a good placement record, with a good percentage of students getting placed. The college has a dedicated placement cell, which connects students with companies for the purpose of placement.
The college provides good value for money, with reasonable fees and a comprehensive education program. The college has a good reputation and a strong academic record, providing students with quality education and increasing their employability.
The college has a good and vibrant campus life, wide range of extracurricular activities and clubs for students to participate in. The college has various sports facilities such as a gym. The college has my clubs also.
Overall it is a good college all in all.
The campus has all the facilities like sports ground, library, labs and all which was madatery given by campus.and the spaces is very clean and hygienic. And best hostel facilities with clean rooms and also gym facilities.
Education quality is very good and very helpful staff. I'm studying btech computer science because the staff of ver good and chances of placement is very high. There is also a pd department which train our personality for ready for the interview of job.
The quality of placement is not very good. The chances of cse selection is very high and the highest package is 5 lack per annum is of cse. The average package is 3.5 lack per annum.but the college is very supportive for off campus placement.
90000 pe year is the fees for b tech. my money is worthy some how because education quality is good.
The campus life is very good . There are many clubs which conduct many activities which is very fun. And the location is very safe and all facilities.
When I join the campus I did not know much about my campus and then I know the sitt of engineering campus. But anyway most important thing is the education.
Our college have a good infrastructure, low range of wifi especially only in library, yes finally they teach our class on smart board rarely but it is nice that every class is very well cleaned. We are day scholars so we can't talk about mess food. So, in overall college have a good infrastructure.
Now talking about academics, all of our teacher are mastered clear and also have a great knowledge about their respective subject but sometimes they are eager to complete the syllabus quickly and focus only to complete the assignments.
We are fresher's so we can't talk about placements but our seniors never talk about this. They guide us to talk with teachers in the same. One of our senior got 2.5 lakh package via off-campus.You definitely check out this on college website.
Yes, it is a good college and having a decent fees structure relatively comparing to others colleges. It took ninety thousand per year. You also check this on college website. College also provide loan to needed students.
Yes, it is good, you definitely come here to enjoy academics and all the games in our college. Our college also have clubs in different aspect. But...some of the students don't participate in those particular.our college also have a robaotics lab which I think is a good part of our college.
Overall we can say that our college is good in major aspect but college organization also try every year to improve themselves. It's have a good infrastructure as well as good playfround .Well qualified teachers to provide only assignment.
College provide us a necessary infrastructure and having average facilities and equipment .provides WiFi networks.labs are good . library is also good but sometimes there is a issue of stocks and canteen is good having clean space and the food is hygienic.
Here I am studying btech electronics and communication engineering as I like this .the quality of teaching experience is not good ,I think it is average. curriculum is updated and include s all recent developments s in this field. It is not sure that we got job at last .
As it comes in b grade college so the quality of placements is not good .the percentage of students placed there is approx 10-20% and the average salary package of 3 lakh per annum but for cse it is higher than this
This is like 1 lakh per annum to me .but I think the value for money is average here of one practice a lot then he or she will definitely get placement .
College campus is very well there I greenery all the side and a clean environment is there and a peaceful environment is there and I think I suits everyone but there is not proper vantilation in the classes it will not be good in the seasons of summer. There a lot of activities in which the students engage like sports and many plays and a lot of clubs are there in the college and most of are of supportive nature .and also can handle emergencies. It is really not bad it someone is not getting a g
It is really not a bad College if someone is not getting a good chance in a grade college. He or will get a good experience and knowledge if he or she would mange his or her time .
Infrastructure of college is up to the mark. Campus is having vast clasrooms and so many laboratories , hostels are properly built , excellent WiFi facility. Food taste is good but it's quality is average sometimes food is good and sometimes it's not up to the mark. College have all necessary facilities and equipments too .
I'm studying mechanical engineering. Quality of teaching is not so high it's an average, teachers are just doing their job , they don't give a damn to any student whether he is regular in class or not even teachers are least interested in taking classes.
Placements are also average and packages are also not so high, TCS is one of the bulk recruiters in our college but its core for CSE and IT, there are less opportunities for other trades such as mechanical, electronics etc.
Yes cost is worth it
Campus life depends on us how we enjoy it
Overall we can say not bad
The Infrastructure of the college is, honestly, average. The college was built in 1955. So, the infrastructure is a bit boring and old. The classrooms are big and spacious. They have smart boards but are not used properly. There is a main canteen in the campus. The central library is big. The hostels are also decent but the mess food is not at all good. The wi-fi speed is though fine.
I am pursuing B.tech. in CSE. The quality of teaching is good here. The faculty is great. They are well-experienced and learned. They are ready to take your doubts anytime. There are frequent workshops conducted to make the students aware of latest technologies and developments in the field.
The placement scenario is good and improving by each year passing. The average package for CSE and IT stream is 3.5 LPA. There are a lot of mass recruiters too , that take the students from campus placements in bulk. The training department is good and helpful. Overall, The placement of this college is good.
the course costs about 80,000 per year. I feel my money is getting its worth because the teachers are great and helpful. Also, The placements are improving in this college.
The campus life is a bit boring. There is nothing much to do in your free time. You can get sports equipments and play or just sit around in the canteen. They don't allow you to get out of the college gate without the permission of higher authorities. You can join some clubs or societies for co-cultural activities. That is the best way to pass your free time here.
My experience so far has been decent. You should definitely try looking for better government college. But if you don't get any, you might consider this college. It is overall a good college.
College infrastructure of our college is not that good. Buildings are very old . They need to renovate it. Library is goood. There is no smart boards in classrooms. Classrooms are not that good. There are court of basketball and badminton. But they are not well built!
Academics of the college is not that good. Though curriculum is updated an year ago and it aslo includes all the recent development which is required for placement. But faculty is not that good. Most of the faculty just come to college for salary. But yeah some of them are very co-operative and motivate us a lot to gain practical knowledge!
Placements are quite good. From a college point of view , 80% of the students get placed which is quite a huge no. Highest package offered was around 25 lacks while average package varies from 3.5 to 5 lacks per annum . Many big MNC's come here for placement.
If you ask me about money i guess i am getting my money's worth because the course fee is quite less as compared to other institutions . Fee for my stream is 90000 per year . Hostel fee is also affordable .
Campus life is average because location of college is on main road away from any commercial or residential area. Students come here from all over the india. Location is safe though. College also provides medical facilities.
Overall the college is good. If you are a sincere student who want to get placement . It is the place for you where you can achieve your dreams. Also college time is one of the best time which you would enjoy here for sure. All the best!
The college was built in 1995. SO, the infrastructure is kind of old. The College buildings are not in their best state. The classrooms are okayish. They are non-AC, though spacious. The laboratory equipments are not properly maintained. The computer Labs are fine. There is a main canteen where you can get tea and other food items whenever you want. The main library is decent and has all the required and prescribed books for various courses. The Hostels are so-so.
I am studying B.Tech. in CSE from JMIT. The academics are fine. The course curriculum is not updated and they have been teaching the old same syllabus for years now. The faculty is good. The teachers are learned and experienced. They also take doubt sessions from time to time. But the course curriculum surely needs to be updated.
The quality of placements is becoming better by each year passing. The companies like Infosys, Wipro etc. The no. of mass recruiters visiting the campus is however, more than the product based companies. The college's Placement Department is quite Supportive at the time of placement. But, eventually a lot depends on your Hard word and capablities. The average package for CSE and IT stream in 3.5 LPA.
The course costs about 80,000 per year. The fees is decent and I do feel that I am getting my Money's worth. The fees is decent according to the facilities provided to us.
The campus life is average mainly due to the strict rules and policies. There is only One main gate and you need the permission of higher authorities to get yourself out of the gate. The location is also not the safest. It is by the highway. The student crowd is good. There are many clubs that you can join. Events are also organised one week or the other. Overall, The campus life is just fine.
In my view, This college is good but it shouldn't be your first option to go for. Try to aim for better institutions and if you are not getting any, then this one is a decent college for you.
The college has average infrastructure. The college was built in 1955, so the infrastructure is kind of old. The campus has almost all the required facilities. The Classrooms are Big but NON-AC. There is one main library in the campus from where books of your interest can be issued. There is hostel facility for both boys and girls. The hostels are decent but the mess food is not good.
I was the student of B. Tech. In CSE. JMIT has really good staff. The teachers are really helpful. Doubt sessions are there to help out students. There is a great emphasis on theory subjects and practical knowledge is also given. Overall, the faculty of the college is really learned and supportive.
The placements of my batch were decent. I was in CSE branch. There were a lot of mass recruiters. The placement department was really supportive. The placement process was made easy for us through the guidance of the placement faculty. The average package in my batch was about 1.5 lpa.
The course fee right now is about 80,000 per annum. I feel the faculty of the really good and the learning experience here is great. So, the fee is worth it. It is less than many other engineering colleges of the region.
The campus life is decent. The college has various clubs and societies, in which you can take part. There are various events happening in the college frequently. The college canteen has a good seating space. The location is not that great. There is also a medical office in the campus to handle any sort of emergencies.
The college is among the best engineering colleges of Haryana State. It has some of the best trainers and faculty members. The placements have also improved over the years. Also, The college is affiliated to kurukshetra University.
