The college has just average infrastructure. As the college was established in 1995, the college is kind of old. The college campus is not that big. It has only One Gate. Talking about the classrooms, they are spacious and well-equipped. The laboratories are also decent and have all the necessary instruments. There is one main library in the campus from where the books of various subjects can be issued using the library card. The hostels are decent and the wi-fi speed is good.
I was the student of B.tech. in ECE . JMIT has very promising staff. The quality of teaching is good. The professors are really helpful and supportive. Doubts can be taken anytime you want. However, Separate Doubt Classes are also there for students. Teachers emphasize on teaching the deep concepts for better understanding and give preference to practical knowledge. Even, some of the faculty even helps in maintaining attendance.
The Placements of my batch were good specifically for CSE branch. Most of the Students of my batch in CSE branch were placed in mass recruiting Companies. Placements for ECE students were not very good. The Average package in my batch was 2 lpa. However, The college Training Department was really supportive and helpful in the placement process.
The course fees per year currently is about 80,000. I feel the quality of teaching is great in the college and good exposure is given to students. So, the fee is not expensive. It is fine as compared to Other Private Engineering Colleges.
The campus Life is fine. There are many activities that Students can Engage in. There is a lot of Scope of Sports Activities in the campus. There are many events organised in the campus One week or the Other. Students can become Members of various Clubs and Societies. The location is not the best. It is beside the highway but Students are not allowed to cross the Gate without Permission. This makes the location safer. The canteen is big and has variety of food items.
The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University. The fees is also affordable as compared to other private engineering colleges. The Quality of placements is also improving each year. This college might be a good option for you if you are not getting seat in govt college in your desired branch. Overall, The college is Decent one.
The college infrastructure is average. The classrooms are big and spacious but lack latest smart classroom technology. The laboratories are although well maintained. There are two hostels in the campus, one is for boys and the other for girls. The mess food is not at all good. The good point is that Students are given ample opportunities in the field of sports in the campus itself. The campus is clean and green but not that big.
I pursued B. tech in CSE. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The course curriculum was good. We were given practical exposure along with theory classes. Almost all the teachers are well qualified and helpful. The staff is good and ready to take doubts anytime. The main plus Point was that practical based knowledge was given to us, unlike most of the private colleges in the region, which mainly focus on theory subjects.
Placements are average. Most of the companies are mass recruiters. There are very less product-based companies that visit the campus. Although, the training and placement departmental is very helpful and supportive . In My batch, the highest package offered was 3 Lpa.
The course fee was about 50,000 per annum. I think the college offers good opportunities to its students to learn and grow. The fee is not much as compared to other private engineering colleges. The fee of other courses were even lesser.
The campus life is average. This is because of the strict attendance policy and not-so-good location of the college. The college has only 1 gate and students are not allowed to get outside the campus without permission of the H.O.D. even in the break time. So the fun is restricted to within the boundaries of campus. Though, there are many events occuring in the campus one day or the other by various departments. Eventually, the campus life depends on your friend circle as well.
The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, which is a decent University of Northern region. The academics is nice but the placement opportunities are so-so.
The college campus is not that great. It is quite small. Though, the Classrooms are not big Yet the labs are quite decent. The labs are properly equipped with latest technologies. The campus has one main central Park. There is also one sports room in the campus from where the equipments can be issued. The Central library is big and well-maintained. There are two hostels in the campus, one for boys and the other for girls. The mess food is not good at all. Although the living space is clean.
I am Persuing BBA in JMIT. The faculty of BBA department is great. Almost all the teachers are well-qualified. They take separate doubt sessions and are helpful in every way possible. The course curriculum is decent. There are frequent industrial visits for giving exposure to students.
The placement is average. The companies visiting the campus for MBA students are almost the same for BBA, But the preference is given to MBA graduates. The packages are not that great for on-campus placements. Most of the students go for Master's degree.
The course costs about 35,000 per year (excluding hostel and mess charges). I think the college fee is minimal as compared to other private colleges in the region.
The campus life is great. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. There is a lot of scope for sports for the students and University Level tournaments. The college has a main canteen, which has a good seating area. There are lot of activities that can be done inside the college premises. The "Mukund Mela" is the main fest of the college, Organised every year. Overall, the campus life is decent.
The college is decent in terms of faculty, but not the best in terms of campus placement. The fees for the courses offered are nominal. You can take admission in the college if you are not getting a government one.
College have almost all the facilities and equipment like laboratory library there is no Wi-Fi and smart bords food hygienic and is clean there is also separated dance hall and badminton court all girls and boys both
I am studying computer science teaching is average circular is always updated frankly with students and teachers are providing notes also they believe in practical work give training to the student for placement
Every year many companies come fore placement there is average package started from 4 to 5 lakh and the process of placement is very easy and pleasant teachers is also supportive and tha behaviour of teacher is good
Worth of money and good placement
Best campus life.
