The College Central Library of Shahajiraje Mahavidyalaya, Khatav was established in the year 1967. Since then the library has made consistent progress in terms of the collection of books, periodicals, CDs, E_resources, services, and infrastructure provided. At present, the library has about 39000 books. Reading rooms are provided to boys and girls in the library. PowerPoint presentations, CDs, e-books, and e-journals are used by faculty and students. The library is also connected to the internet facility. 

The College Sports activities like indoor games and outdoor games are provided with the facilities they require. The playground is large and has a standard track of 400X8 meters. The central part of the playground, cricket ground, football ground, Volleyball ground, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi grounds, etc. Facility for long jump, triple jump with pits. There is a discus throw pit, shot put ground, and javelin throw ground. Zonal, Inter-zonal university level, and district level matches are organized on the ground. The playground is maintained properly. Running tracks are cleaned, and soft soil is spread on tracks for smoothness.

The institute has established and fostered a strong bond with its past students through the Alumni Association.
