Now since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting M P Shah Government Medical College, Jamnagar according to previous year's cut-off. Well I would like to tell you that there is no such thing as free seat. If you get really good marks and can get into a government medical college then you education will be very cheap as the fee structure is very low but private colleges are expensive. So try and score better to have good chances of getting great college.
