The College Sir Isaac Newton Polytechnic College has an excellent library for the benefit of students, Faculties, and Researchers. The library is equipped with the Reference section, Audio-Visual Section, Journal Section, Newspaper and Magazine Section, and Reprography Section. It can accommodate 250 students. It has numerous specialized collections of Books and Journals. With a catalog of over 11,589 volumes and an online journal database with a link to IEEE, the library offers knowledgeable resources to aid students’ quest for knowledge. The library stocks 229 National and International Journals and Magazines to keep students abreast of the latest findings and research.

The college has sports facilities for all students. Students are encouraged to take an active part in sports to provide relaxation, fine-tune their energy, nurture competitive spirit, enhance team spirit, and above all achieve leadership qualities.

Students learn the characteristics of the most basic and common components used in Electrical Engineering (i.e. resistors, capacitors, inductors, power supplies, voltmeters, and ammeters) and can verify Theorems on DC Circuit Analysis like Kirchhoff’s Voltage Law and Kirchhoff’s Current Law, Thevenin’s Theorem, Norton’s Theorem, Maximum power transfer Theorem. Student Can Also Verify The Phenomenon Of Resonance phenomena in Both Series And Parallel Circuits And Students Can Also Practically Learn the Measurement Of Power In 3 – The phase Load By The two-wattmeter method. The Students Can Conduct The Direct Load Test, Open Circuit Test, And Short Circuit Test On Transformers. Students Can Also Check the Speed Control Of DC motors by Various Methods. Basic Knowledge Of Various Types Of Electrical Fuses, MCB And MCCB, And types of wires.
