Siwan College of Engineering and Management (SCEM) is a premier institution for education standing tall in Islamia Nagar, Surapur Siwan, Bihar. Generally, the college starts its admission process around August-September for the academic year to begin in most cases. SCEM offers undergraduate engineering programs (B.Tech) in the following five specializations: Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

B.Tech requires students to have completed their Plus Two examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects from a recognized board. For the MBA program, a bachelor's degree in any discipline is generally required from a recognized university.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech- Admission for the B. Tech programs at SCEM is on a merit basis. The institute provides five specializations under B. Tech. Each program has an intake of 45 students. It is recommended for the candidate to have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for eligibility.

MBA- SCEM has a capacity of 45 students for the MBA program. In the merit criterion for admission to the MBA program, an eligible candidate has to take a relevant entrance test and possibly later an interview round. Any applicant, having completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline, is qualified to apply.

BBA: SCEM offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) indulgence with an approved intake of 60 students. The admission process for BBA is likely based on the candidate's 10+2 scores and may include a college-level entrance test or interview.

BCA: The college also provides Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program with an intake of 60 students. Admission to BCA is based on 10 +2 scores primarily through performance in Mathematics or Computer Science subjects.
