SJBIT Bangalore Facilities

SJB Institute of Technology facilities include boys hostel, girls hostel, library, sports, transport, cafeteria, auditorium, medical/hospital, IT infrastructure, laboratories, convenience store, bank, etc. SJBIT Bangalore facilities are available for students, staff and faculty members. The institute provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls students. The institute has a library, which has both physical and online resources. Both indoor and outdoor games are provided by the institute sports department.

SJB Institute of Technology facilities also includes bank, medical clinic, etc are located within the campus. SJBIT Bangalore transport ply between the campus and the city of Bangalore. Boys Hostel
The institute has spacious 2 seater and 3 seater hostels. Senior faculty members look after the daily functioning of the hostels as wardens. CCTV cameras are installed for 24X7 surveillance of the campus. The hostels also provide laundry services and ATM facility.
Girls Hostel
SJBIT Bangalore girls hostel provides comfortable accommodation to the outstation students. The hostel rooms are well furnished and well ventilated. Solar water heater, modern appliances, laundry, ATM, reading room are some of the SJB Institute of Technology girls hostel facilities. Recreational facilities like indoor and outdoor games, TV are also available. For safety and security of the hostels, CCTV cameras are installed.
Medical/Hospital
The institute has an on-campus medical clinic. The medical clinic provides free medical treatment to the students, institute staff and faculty members. Insurance cover worth Rs. 1 lakh can also be availed.
Library
The institute library is a four-storied building. SJB Institute of Technology library facilities include textbooks, reference books on engineering, technology, science and management. The library resources also include national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, CDs, DVDs, dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, e-books, e-journals, etc. For online resources, the library has subscriptions of IEEE and ACM.

The Department of Physical Education and Sports of SJB Institute of Technology organises various sports activities and tournaments. The institute provides playgrounds for football tournaments, cricket tournaments, hockey, 400 metres track, etc. The institute also provides infrastructure and necessary equipment for indoor sports.
I.T Infrastructure
The institute has a well-maintained IT infrastructure. The entire campus is enabled with wi-fi. All departments and offices are equipped with computers, connected with the high-speed internet.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

College Infrastructure

The college has good green campus and ambiance. There is spacious well equipped buildings for each departments and has classrooms spacious enough to accommodate nearly 100 students. The laboratories are well established and the premises even has amphitheater , auditorium , sports ground and canteen.

College Infrastructure

our college infrastructure is quite good like it has a proper sports environment including a cricket match ground, basketball court and many more in the academics area the college equipped with well-maintained lab for the respective department and in the area of hygiene is decent and have drinking water facilities and canteen too.

Both the institutions have their strengths in comparison between CMRIT and SJBIT. Nevertheless, some differences may come handy below while finalizing your decision:

Placements

SJBIT had a consistent placement record with top companies for recruiting students including Capgemini, Infosys, and TCS. Average packages go around 3.5 to 4 LPA for the students who would graduate after an undergraduate course. The placement percentage of this institution is about 69.34%.
CMRIT: The placement records for students especially in computer science and IT are also good. The companies which are majorly visiting the college are Amazon, Deloitte, and Infosys etc. Though the average package was around 4 LPA, some students even managed to fetch higher packages.

Infrastructure and Facilities:

Both the colleges have very good infrastructures with labs, libraries, and sports facilities. Still, SJBIT has a slightly larger campus space of 13 acres and does not have a few modern amenities like a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. CMRIT is located in one of the prime locations in Bangalore, which could offer much better networking and internship opportunities.

Accreditation:

SJBIT holds an A+ NAAC accreditation and has been performing well in its academic standards.
CMRIT is equally accredited with good academic results but may have a slightly smaller campus.

Student Reviews and Faculty:

Both colleges receive good reviews about the faculty and quality education but CMRIT is quite famous for its industry connections because of its location.

If placements and campus infrastructures are valued, then SJBIT would suit their needs. But if location as well as networking opportunities are the only criteria then, CMRIT would have more benefits since it is located in Bangalore.

cse in sjbit or ece in rnsit which is the better option ?

According to me, the RNSIT is better option cause the overall value of that college is good like academics and placement. The placement is great in this college with the average package of 4 lakhs per annum. And also around 4,50 lakhs.
