Sri Balaji College of Engineering and Technology (SBCET), located in Jaipur, and has gained much popularity among colleges offering diversified courses in engineering and computer applications. The admission policy is quite open and wholly comprehensive in nature to enable deserving candidates to enter into the various courses undertaken in the college. The entire admission procedure is, in places, reflective of selection through national and state-level entrance examination; thus, all eligible applicants are given equal opportunity for admission into the college. In the case of B.Tech programs, SBCET considers national or state-level entrance exams for the admission. This is explicitly mentioned in the REAP examination which was considered for the B.Tech programs. This is mostly done with larger intents of bringing in strength in the academic and aptitude for engineering in the candidates.
The college makes its M.Tech and MCA decisions based on scores, be these earned in relevant entrance examinations or during its own admission test. Hence, it has the possibility of evaluating the applicants into more standardized testing against which comparisons can be made while reserving the right to custom assess the applicants when needed. Typically, the admissions process runs concurrent to the academic process, usually commencing a few months before the start of the new academic session. For specific dates regarding application submission, entrance exams, and result announcements, interested candidates should check the official SBCET website regularly.
