With the exception of the hostel, MITS is the best college in every way. Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College might be the all-arounder, but there are some guidelines that must be followed. In my opinion, you should accept admission to one of the colleges based on the preceding considerations. What matters now is where you live and how much you can afford.
