Srisaila College of Education, Harihar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a hostel facility for Ladies (only) in our institution. The hostel comprises of 18 rooms.54 students can be accommodated in the hostel in total. A security guard is posted outside the hostel round the clock. For security purposes, CCTV surveillance cameras have been installed in all corners of the college and hostel.

The college has a wi-fi facility in the institution which can be utilized by the students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college library is on the ground floor with good ventilation & lighting facilities. More than 40 students can be accommodated at a time. There are books with references, periodicals, encyclopedias, research journals, dictionaries, and various CDs. There is a provision for students to browse the internet in the library for both M.Ed& B.Ed students. Student teachers are encouraged to spend maximum time in the library prepare notes and get knowledge about current events. The institution is continuously updating the library with new Books and Journals.

The college has sports facilities that are made available to the student teachers. Playgrounds for all outdoor activities. Sports room for indoor games like chess and carom. Materials like Nets for volleyball, throwing the ball, Badminton, Rackets, and Cricket kits. Etc. is available.

The college computer laboratory is available with 20-25 computers for practical. The Computer lab is well established with internet facilities and free entry will be given to use by the student teachers.

The college has an alumni association. The Alumni students welcoming the new batch of student teachers and interacting with them by the alumni is a special event practiced in our institution.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a women's hostel vehicle parking facility on campus.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The College always has a first aid kit readily available at all times. Has MOU with a medical clinic very near to the college. Every year medical check-up of the students is arranged.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
