SRM Medical College facilities include boys hostel that has more than 200 rooms and can accommodate 350+ students. Basic amenities like a visitor room, TV room, mess and others are available for boys hostels students.

A separate girls' hostel is there at the campus. The girls' hostel has over 250 rooms and around 400 students can stay at one time in the hostel. The hostel rooms are spacious and ventilated.
