St Peter's College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai Admission Process

St. Peter's College of Engineering and Technology (SPCET), located in Chennai offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate engineering and management programs.   4. Accept your allotment and complete the admission formalities at the college.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech/BE: Major disciplines in B.Tech/BE offered are Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Placements into B.Tech programs at SPCET are based mainly on TNEA scores. For various courses, different branch-wise approved intakes vary, with Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology having the highest intake of 120 seats.

MBA: Admission into the program is based on TANCET scores, followed by the counseling process organized by Anna University. The program has an approved intake of 120 students.

M.Tech/ME: Among the various engineering programs offered at the master's level, SPCET offers ME in Structural Engineering and ME in Computer Science and Engineering. The admission for these programs probably takes place on the basis of TANCET scores for the concerned ME/M.Tech; specifics ought to be confirmed directly from the college. The approved intake for ME Structural Engineering is 24 seats, while ME Computer Science and Engineering is 9 seats.
