Note- The SIMC Pune placement cell organises both on campus and off campus.
SIMC is mainly a media college rather than a Management college. Hence the average package is slightly lower for symbiosis standards. The average package of our last year's MBA batch was nearly 8.5 LPA with 21 LPA being the highest. Likewise Internships that come are also good. IT, FMCG, Media agencies do visit the campus for internships. Internship average stipend is around 15-20 thousand a month. Placement cell also puts in a lot of effort for us to get placed.
The placement services at this MBA college are exceptional, with a dedicated team that works tirelessly to ensure students secure good job offers. The placement cell has strong connections with leading companies across various industries, which results in a high number of job opportunities for students. The college organizes multiple placement drives, inviting top-tier companies from sectors like finance, consulting, marketing, and technology.
while the placement statistics are strong overall, there’s a noticeable gap in support for students interested in start-ups or less conventional career paths. Despite these challenges, the college’s placement services are highly effective for those pursuing traditional corporate roles.
For corporate law placements, all three institutions—NUSRL, Jindal, and Symbiosis—are well-regarded. However, Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) is particularly strong in corporate law, with excellent placement records in top law firms and corporations. Symbiosis Law School is also well-known, but NUSRL is emerging as a strong choice. Ultimately, JGLS and Symbiosis offer more opportunities due to their established networks and infrastructure. It would be beneficial to research each institution’s curriculum, faculty, and placement records for a more informed decision.
Both Christ University, Ghaziabad, and Symbiosis Law School, Noida, are reputed institutions for BBA LLB but have distinct advantages.
Symbiosis Noida is better established for law education and offers strong exposure due to its proximity to Delhi NCR, enabling connections with top law firms and courts. It has experienced faculty, better placement statistics, and an active student environment. However, the campus size is small, and fees are higher.
Christ Ghaziabad provides a holistic education with good academic standards and extracurricular activities but is relatively newer in law education, which may limit exposure compared to Symbiosis.
Symbiosis Noida is generally preferred for BBA LLB, especially for better placements and industry exposure

Hello,
Yes, it's very likely that you'll get selected from the first waiting list for SIMC (MAMC). Being in the 18th position means you're quite close to the top of the list, and historically, many candidates in the waiting list often get selected as spots open up due to various reasons like withdrawals or rejections. Additionally, the fact that you're in the first waiting list increases your chances further as preferences are usually given to candidates in the initial lists. So, keep an eye on any updates from the institute and stay hopeful!
hope this helps,
Thank you
