Symbiosis School of Media and Communication Placement Cell grooms students to make them industry-ready. The placement cell organises various activities and events for the student’s overall development and provides training to enhance their skills as per the requirement of the industry. SSMC Bangalore Placement Cell organises various pre-placement guest lectures and workshops with industry experts. The placement cell provides job opportunities in a variety of sectors.
Symbiosis School of Media and Communication Bangalore Placement Process
SSMC Bangalore placement cell invites companies and organisations to their placement drive.
The invited companies organise a pre-placement event where they give an insight about the companies working structure, job description to the students and take up queries from the students of SSMC Bangalore based on the company.
Interested students have to submit their CVs to the SSMC Bangalore placement cell for the further placement process.
Students are shortlisted on the basis of their CVs by the organisations.
Students will appear for the recruiters selection process which includes a written test, group discussion and personal interview of the selected students.
Final selected students will be offered jobs by the organisations.

Coming to your question, NO you cannot get admission into Symbiosis without giving the SET. The admission will only be provided through the entrance exam conducted by the university. Other than this there is no other way. So, you need compulsorily give this exam.
