The placement cell organises various activities and events for the student’s overall development and provides training to enhance their skills as per the requirement of the industry. SSMC Bangalore Placement Cell organises various pre-placement guest lectures and workshops with industry experts. The placement cell provides job opportunities in a variety of sectors.

• SSMC Bangalore placement cell invites companies and organisations to their placement drive. 

• The invited companies organise a pre-placement event where they give an insight about the companies working structure, job description to the students and take up queries from the students of SSMC Bangalore based on the company.

• Interested students have to submit their CVs to the SSMC Bangalore placement cell for the further placement process. 

• Students are shortlisted on the basis of their CVs by the organisations.

• Students will appear for the recruiters selection process which includes a written test, group discussion and personal interview of the selected students.

• Final selected students will be offered jobs by the organisations.

As per the SSMC Bangalore placement report for batch 2018-2020, students were offered jobs in organisations like RK Swamy BBDO, Adfactors PR, MSL Group, Genesis BCW, Social Panga and many more. For batch 2018-2020, 64% of students, out of the total of eligible students were placed within these organisations.
