According to the reports for the presence of 27% reservation , nearly 1500 seats will get reserved for OBC category students and hence you can expect the cutoff to be 600 or even 595 . However for the Terna Medical College the cutoff may vary upto 560 . However the cutoff varies every year and also statewise. NEET 2021 cut off percentile for general category students is 50th percentile.  NTA can lower the NEET 2021 cut off if the number of eligible candidates is less than the number of seats available. NEET cut off for 2019 was lowered by 10 percentile for BDS admissions.

Namitha, Terna College of Physiotherapy accepts NEET scores for admission to its PTh course. Admissions are done usually after the announcement of NEET results. You need to apply according to guidelimes mentioned in MH CET brochure. The DMER will release the online applications for B.P.Th probably in the month of August. So you have to wait untol then.
