TJS Polytechnic College, started in the year of 2010, is one of the premier technical colleges formulated in Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. Located in T.J.S. Nagar of Peruvoyal, near Kavaraipettai, this affiliated college occupies 5.18 acres of land. Recognised from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), TJS Polytechnic College provides various diploma courses which fulfills the engineering stream requirements. Is overall capacity of these courses is 420 with the Mechanical Engineering having the largest seating capacity of 180 whereas the other four programmes have equal 60 seating capacity.
