UVCE Bangalore Placements

UVCE Bangalore has a Training Programme, which is provided by the Training & Placement Office and is available at the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore, aims to equip students with life skills. According to NIRF 2024, 548 UG students and 192 PG students are placed during UVCE Bangalore placements drive of 2023.

The students are trained in the abilities required for a career in the business world to promote career orientation. UVCE Bangalore placements department provides planning and managing frequent industrial trips, in-plant training, and projects having industrial significance for the students, it fosters industry-institute engagement with the primary purpose of closing the gap between industry and academia.

For the 2023 batch of students, around 115 firms have already visited UVCE, and more than 353 offers have been offered to students in a variety of courses. The details of the UVCE Bangalore Placements as per data released by NIRF in 2024 are given below in tabular form.

I feel placement is good at our college around 60to70% of the students will get placed in good companies around 300 to 400 companies will visit to recruit as the more number of students are there , students need to be prior with all necessary preparations

Placement are top notch, if you just talented you would get easily Placement in uvce. According to 2022 For IS(98%),For CS(96%),For EC and EEE is average of (88 to 90%),!For MECH(85%),For CIVIL is bad(only 44%).Average salary is about 6-8 lacs. As I said early if u maintain good CGP and have some extra skills u will easily get placements.

i got 91percertile in jee mains..shall I get admission in to UVCE for AY 2024

You Cannot Get Admission to UVCE with JEE Mains Score Alone

Unfortunately, you cannot secure admission to UVCE (University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering) based solely on your JEE Mains percentile of 91 because:

* UVCE primarily considers KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) scores for admissions to its undergraduate engineering programs.

* JEE Mains scores are not considered for direct admission to UVCE.
