Furthermore, the girls hostel features its own dedicated library, housing a collection of books covering not only law subjects but also a range of other academic disciplines.

Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, Udupi boasts a cutting-edge library that includes up-to-date editions of all well-regarded books covering various branches of law. Additionally, VBCL facilities in the library gives access to over 30 journals, comprising both Indian and international publications, to enrich the academic experience of its students. The library's extensive collection consists of 22,396 books, along with 29 magazines and subscriptions to 8 newspapers. Furthermore, the college subscribes to 21 law journals in print, and there is an online CDJ Law Journal available as well.

The college promotes sports and games as part of co-curricular activities, prioritising students' physical well-being. It has excelled in sports within its affiliated university, KSLU, thanks to the leadership of the Physical Director. Many students from the college have proudly represented the university in inter-university sports competitions.
