As per the NIRF Overall Report 2025, the Velalar College of Engineering and Technology placement cell has placed 501 undergraduate and 53 postgraduate students. The VCET placement cell has provided a VCET median salary of Rs 3.25 Lakhs to undergraduates and Rs 3 Lakhs to postgraduate students. For the placement about 75 percent students are passing through campus interview.And the salaray pacakage offered was also good.In average of 30k to 40k salary offered to the students.College was very supportive in accordance to the interview.
