Vidya Vikas Educational Trust Hostels on Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology (VVIET) provide accommodation to students wishing to reside in the hostels. The hostels are located on the college campus and have a separate hostel office and mess within the hostel premises. The mess has a centralized modern kitchen and a separate dining hall. Available menus for every 3 months are decided by the hostility representatives selected by the hostels. Special menus are introduced and served at all important festivals.

The hostel building comprises of basement, ground, and three upper floors to accommodate 200 girls. There are 8 twin sharing rooms with attached toilets and bathrooms and 40 four-sharing rooms with toilets and bathrooms. Each student is provided with a wardrobe, study table, chair, cot, and book storing cabinet. The building is equipped with a solar water heating system. The facilities include a reading room, 24/7 Wi-fi-Internet accessibility, TV, Washing machine, power back-up, RO drinking water system, biometric attendance system, indoor sports facilities, and parking space for student vehicles. (Two-wheelers only). The hostel is strictly under CC TV surveillance

The College has Placement Cell at VVFGC that plays a significant role in shaping career goals by adopting novel methods for nurturing young minds. In reality, there is stringent competition in the job market to match the talent with the job profile. Placement cell bridges the gap, easing the recruitment procedure to be simpler for companies and at the same time beneficial for the students. With the proper placement and training, students learn how to put forth their knowledge and abilities in the right way to fetch the best of jobs.

The Placement Cell supports students by giving counseling and through personality development initiatives. The Placement Cell collects the aspirations of students and organizes career guidance programs for all the students starting from the first year, Drives / Pool drives are organized on a regular basis. The cell also arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshops, etc. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programs for final-year students. Cell supports students after the completion of the course also.

The College has alumni form the major strength of the institution. The alumni meet is conducted to interact with alumni and provide a platform to share new technology, and innovative ideas with the students where the alumni from different branches of the undergraduate and post-graduate programs share their views and give suggestions for the betterment of their junior students. Alumni from various batches shared their experiences with budding engineers and motivated them. Students interacted with the alumni and took inputs on projects and placements.
