Placement Procedure

• The VNS group of institution placement cells will invite companies from various corporations.

• Recruiters involved in the VNS placement drive will confirm the invitation and their participation in conducting interviews.

• Interested candidates should register for the placement drive and should submit their documents to the VNS group of institutions placement cell.

• The management will give prior notice to the candidates about the placement drive.

• Before conducting interviews employers will conduct webinars about the company and its profile.

• After completing the pre placement discussion employers will conduct interview sessions.  

• Employers will conduct various rounds like group discussion, mock test, written test, and aptitude.

• They will select the candidates based on their performance in these rounds of interview.

• The selected candidates will be receiving the offer letters.
