Invitation- The T&P cell of Yashwantrao Chavan Law College coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.
Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with YCLC Pune to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview.
Pre-Placement Talk- Students of YC Law College Pune are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
Written Test- Students of the Institute also need to appear and qualify for a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
Group Discussion & Interview- Students of YCLC Pune who will qualify for the written test also need to qualify for Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interviews namely Technical Interviews and HR Interviews conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.
