According to previous year's cutoffs to get into GBPUAT through JEE mains, you should have a general rank of 45,000 or below if you want to get into branches like Civil Engineering or Industrial Product Engineering. If you want to get into top branches like Computer Science Engineering then you should have rank of 20,000 or below

• Candidates should qualify the entrance exam- Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main).

• Eligible candidates should register for the counselling process conducted by the Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun and choose College of Technology, Pantnagar as their preference.

• Admission is made on the basis of merit of the Joint Entrance Examination through the counselling carried out by Uttarakhand Technical University.

• Final admission is offered after seat allotment, document verification and fee payment.

After the release of GBPUAT merit list, you have to first, choose your choices/preferences, then wait for the declaration of result, if chosen you will receive a seat allotment letter and shall be called for counseling. During the counselling ,you have to submit your seat allotment letter, receipt of counselling fee,and other necessary documents. Go to their link for other necessary information:-

For every type of counselling you need to fill the form only once then you will be eligible for all of the round. And according to that you can jump to next round without any extra registration and can choose Float or Freeze option.

And if you want to participate in the special/spot round counselling then you need to complete an additional registration for that particular round.

I cannot predict for sure, but according to the previous year cutoffs you might get Computer Science in GBPUAT
Otherwise, you will surely get the branches I am mentioning below.
