Nalanda Open University (NOU) Patna provides admission to B.A.(Hons), B.Sc.(Hons), B.Com Hons, B.Lib.I.Sc, BBA, BCA, MCA, M.Com, M.Sc and PGD courses. Nalanda Open University Course admissions will be made based on the student's performance in the qualifying examination or on the other criteria of selection prescribed by the university.  NOU admissions are done online or offline by visiting the campus.

• An OTP will be sent as an SMS and email to the registered mobile number and email ID and log in using the OTP.

• The screen will then display the NOU Patna application form

• All (*) marked fields will be compulsory.

• While filling out the form, students have to scan and upload the given documents

• After submitting the application form, the payment page will be opened and only paid applications will be accepted.

Admissions are offered in various branches such as Computer Applications, Commerce, Economics, General Management, Environmental Studies, Indian Language and many more. The duration of the courses varies from 1 year to 3 years. The courses are offered in distance learning mode only.
