Step 1: The university first discusses the open positions with the various recruitment firms and provides a date for their arrival on campus for the placement process. The employers provide the university with the necessary data, such as job descriptions, potential compensation packages, and other demands from the students.
Step 2: Afterward, the university sorts its pupils based on who is qualified to work for which company. Pre-placement discussions are given to the students, who are also informed of the firms' arrival dates.
Step 3: The students initially submit their paperwork and resume along with other information, on the day of arrival. Then students take the written exam for employment with the company.
Step 4: Following one or two rounds of group talks with the students who pass the written exam, a list of the selected students is made public. These selected students then experience a face-to-face interview.
Step 5: If the students do well in the interview, the company extends an offer of employment and provides an offer letter.
