NIPER Hyderabad provided accommodation facilities to students. The Institute has separate hostels for boys, located around 2 km away from NIPER Hyderabad. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research facilities include 24-hour water supply, constant power supply, well-ventilated rooms, chairs, study tables, etc.

NIPER Hyderabad has a separate hostel for girls. All the hostel's rooms are well spacious and ventilated. The hostel has a wi-fi facility to provide students with an internet connection.
